At JUELRYE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. To maintain our high standards and ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented the following policy:

Exchange or Store Credit Policy

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are considered final once the purchase is complete.
  • Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value, subject to availability. The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, we offer store credit for the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping fees) if you wish to exchange your item at a later date. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchases.

    Conditions for Exchange or Store Credit

    • Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must be:
      • Unworn and in its original condition.
      • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
      • Returned with all original packaging, including any certificates, tags, or protective materials.
    • Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
      • Custom or personalized jewellery.
      • Items marked as "Final Sale."
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange or store credit.
    • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 business days for us to process your exchange or issue your store credit. We will notify you via email once your request has been processed.

    How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@juelrye or call us at +91-8450932081 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement item or request for store credit.
    2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Be sure to include your RA number with the package.
    4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit as requested.
